Due to instantaneous voltage drops, peripheral devices malfunctioned, and without noticing it, the situation was left unattended, resulting in significant losses in the manufacturing site. We proposed visualizing abnormal devices. By introducing our layered information display light "LA6," we can identify and notify about abnormal devices caused by voltage drops, thereby preventing the expansion of damage. In a food factory, when problems occurred, there were instances where recorded data was lost due to equipment failures caused by temperature anomalies. To address this, the interface converter "NBM-D88N" and the stacked information display light "LA6" were introduced. By configuring them with a network video recorder (NVR), it became possible to detect HDD failures and temperature anomalies. Utilizing the communication function also allows for email notifications in the event of a failure, significantly reducing the risk of loss of recorded content.
